Class Objectives

* Increase Flexibility through Dynamic & Static Stretches
* Mechanics for Speed & Agility to Avoid Biomechanically Unsafe Positions
* Proper Jumping & Landing Techniques to Decrease Landing Forces
* Mechanics for Strength, Power, and Balance to Activate Proper Neutral Pathways* Strength, Power, and Balance Training
* Static Stretching

* One Hour Session
* Initial Evaluation
* Dynamic Warm-Up

* Strength, Power, and Balance Training
* Static Stretching

Class Opening

Monday – Thursday: 3:30pm – 7:00pm

Participants

Past patients of Goodlife Physical Therapy (Junior High, High School, and College Athletes)

$20 per class
