Mickey Shah, PT, D.Sc.
Mickey Shah is the Director of Rehabilitation and owner of GoodLife Physical Therapy. He graduated from D’Youville College in Buffalo, New York with his Masters in Physical Therapy. After completing his physical therapy education he went on to the University of Maryland to complete his DSc. Dr. Shah has been an adjunct clinical professor at Governors State University from 2005-2009 and 2012-2013. Mickey also served as a teaching assistant at North-western University from 2012-2013.
In addition, Dr. Shah has completed post-graduate clinical certifications in the following:
- Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist
- Certified Mechanical Diagnosis & Therapy for Spinal Rehab (McKenzie Method)
- Certified Vestibular Rehabilitation Specialist
Steven Tijerina, PT
Steven Tijerina graduated from Governors State University with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2016. He has a passion for treating patients with neurologic and orthopedic conditions. As part of his continuing education goals, Dr. Tijerina is interested in pursuing clinical specialization in Orthopedics. Steven was born and raised in the South Suburbs and enjoys spending his free time staying active with outdoor sports.
